Happy New Year!

This month, Matt and I look at just what makes a ministry “ordinary”. Intrigued? Give it a listen.

Here are the requisite links:
Building Old School Churches
Ken Myers on the Dangers of Contextualization
Pursuit of Holiness, Jerry Bridges
Simple Church, Thom Rainer

I really liked this month’s podcast, as I thought it gave some great insight into what constitutes an ordinary means congregation.

What my question for y’all related to this topic is as to how a layman in a more broadly evangelical congregation can encourage his church to move in a more ordinary means/old school Presbyterian direction?

    Scott,

Great question. Thanks for the complement.
